Applicants added to Humi through the Job Board or Indeed

After setting up your job board and Indeed integration, any new job postings you create will be posted to your job board and on Indeed.

This article will explain how applicants are added to Humi when they apply for your job postings through the job board and Indeed.

Applicants added through the Job Board

When a candidate applies to your job posting through the job board, the information they entered while applying will automatically be populated on their "Applicant Profile" in Humi.

For more information, check out this article about the Job Board.

Applicants added through Indeed

If a candidate applies through Indeed, they'll be added to Humi with the information they entered when applying.

When someone completes their application through Indeed, the only required information is their name, resume, and phone number; this means that their profile will be incomplete and you will have to enter the other information manually.

Applicant profiles and the Job funnel

Once an applicant is added through either of these methods, they'll have an "active" status and can be found in the "Applied" funnel stage for that job posting.

If the applicant answers "no" to an auto-archiving question, they'll be removed from the job funnel and have an "archived" status. You can still access their applicant profile in the "Applicant directory" using the "archive" filter on the "Status" column.

Note: You can't import resumes in bulk to Humi. You must manually create each applicant profile and attach the applicant’s resume to the profile.
