If you find that an applicant might be a better match for another open role, you can easily move them to the new position or copy their profile so they stay in both job postings.

How to Copy/Move An Applicant to Another Job Posting

  1. In Recruiting, click on the Applicants tab and use the search box to find the applicant you need.

  3. Fill in the details in the pop-up. Choose Copy or Move Applicant, then select the job posting and funnel stage where they should be added. Screenshot 2024-09-10 at 12.09.00 PM.png
  4. Once completed, click the Confirm button.

That's it! The applicant has been moved or copied to the other job posting. 

Once the applicant is successfully moved or copied, you can easily track their progress in the new job posting. This process ensures flexibility in matching applicants to the best-fitting roles, improving your hiring workflow.
