How to export the report:

1. In "Recruiting," click on the "Applicants" tab. From here, you'll see the "Export" button.

Before exporting, you can apply filters by clicking the funnel beside the column name to get the exact data you need. In the screenshot above, there are green funnels next to the "status" and "rating" columns which means that we've applied a filter on those columns.

2. Once you've applied the filters as needed, click the "Export" button and select the file format you prefer from the dropdown menu. You can select either a ".csv" or ".xls" file type.

The report will start downloading immediately.

Exporting applicant data from the "Job Postings" page

Quick steps

Recruiting > "Job Postings" tab > Click into the "Job Post" > Apply filters if needed > "Export" button > Choose the file "type" from the dropdown options

With the applicant data export, you'll be able to see all of the applicant responses for your job post.

What's "Applicant data?"

Applicant data is the applicant's responses to the "Additional Questions" you set up on step 4 when you created the job posting:

For example, if you set up your job posting with questions like "Why do you want to work for us?" or "What type of relevant experience do you have?" the applicant data report will export the applicant responses into either a ".csv" or ".xls" file.

If you want a more specific report, you can apply filters before exporting the report.
