Exporting applicant information from the "Applicants" page
Quick steps
Recruiting > "Applicants" tab > Apply filters if needed > "Export" button> Choose the file type (.csv or .xls) from dropdown options
How to export the report:
1. In "Recruiting," click on the "Applicants" tab. From here, you'll see the "Export" button.
Before exporting, you can apply filters by clicking the funnel beside the column name to get the exact data you need. In the screenshot above, there are green funnels next to the "status" and "rating" columns which means that we've applied a filter on those columns.
2. Once you've applied the filters as needed, click the "Export" button and select the file format you prefer from the dropdown menu. You can select either a ".csv" or ".xls" file type.
The report will start downloading immediately.

The included fields on this report are:
- Name (First name + Last Name)
- Date applied
- Job Posting
- Rating (Stars)
- Status
- Funnel Stage
- Phone
- Country
- Postal Code

Quick steps
Recruiting > "Job Postings" tab > Click into the "Job Post" > Apply filters if needed > "Export" button > Choose the file "type" from the dropdown options
With the applicant data export, you'll be able to see all of the applicant responses for your job post.
What's "Applicant data?"
Applicant data is the applicant's responses to the "Additional Questions" you set up on step 4 when you created the job posting:
For example, if you set up your job posting with questions like "Why do you want to work for us?" or "What type of relevant experience do you have?" the applicant data report will export the applicant responses into either a ".csv" or ".xls" file.
If you want a more specific report, you can apply filters before exporting the report.

- Applicant demographic information including name, email, and the date applied
- Job Posting Title
- Rating (Stars)
- Status
- Funnel Stage
- Phone
- Country
- Postal code
- Auto archive questions
- Additional questions
How to export the report:
- In Recruiting, click the "Job Postings" tab and select the "Job Post" you need.
- After applying any filters as needed, click the "Export" button and select the file type you prefer.
The report will automatically start downloading.
