Connecting Humi with Indeed lets you automatically publish your job postings directly from Humi, saving you valuable time and reaching a wider audience of qualified candidates.
This guide will walk you through setting up the integration and explain its powerful features.
Getting Started
Before you begin, here are a few important points:
- For Users of Our Previous Integration: If you had our old Indeed integration, you'll need to follow these steps to set it up again. This quick reconnection ensures you have access to all the latest features and a stable connection.
- For Existing Indeed Customers: To connect your accounts, you will need your company's Indeed Source Name. If you're unsure what this is, please get in touch with your Indeed representative to confirm.
- For Users New to Indeed: Don't have an Indeed account? No problem! We'll create one for you automatically during the setup process.
How to Connect Your Humi Account to Indeed
Follow these simple steps to get connected:
- In Humi, navigate to Settings and click on the Integrations tab.
- Find the Indeed card and click the Connect button. A settings pop-up window will appear.
- Configure the two options in the pop-up window:
Source Name: This name links your Humi account to your company profile on Indeed.
- If you are an existing Indeed customer, it is crucial that this name matches the source name you already use on Indeed. You can edit the suggested name to make sure it's correct.

If you are new to Indeed, you can accept the auto-generated name or customize it to your liking.
Allow Indeed Apply: This setting determines where candidates will submit their applications.
- Check the box (Turn ON): This enables Indeed Apply. Applicants can apply in seconds directly on Indeed using their Indeed resume. This can significantly increase the number of applicants you receive, but it will bypass any custom screening questions or required documents (like a cover letter) you've set up in Humi. - Leave the box unchecked (Turn OFF): Applicants will be sent to your company's career page to complete the full application, including any custom questions or document uploads you require.
- Once you've configured your settings, click Save. That's it! Your integration is now active.
What to Expect After Setup
Here’s how the integration works once it's enabled:
- Streamlined Job Syncing for Broader Exposure: To simplify your hiring process, our new integration automatically syncs and publishes all your active job postings from Humi to Indeed. Now every role gets the visibility it deserves, the moment it goes live.
- Sponsoring Jobs Want to boost a job's visibility? You can sponsor any job directly through your Indeed account dashboard after it has been posted from Humi.
- Editing Your Settings If you need to change your Source Name or the "Indeed Apply" setting, simply edit the integration in Humi. The changes will automatically apply to all your live job postings.
- Disconnecting the Integration If you choose to disconnect, please be aware that all jobs posted from Humi will be immediately removed from Indeed.
