When you add documents to Humi, downloading them—whether it’s the original or a signed version—is super easy and always available when you need it.
In this article, we’ll walk you through how to grab both original and signed copies, so your important documents are right at your fingertips whenever you want them.
Download a Document from the Table View
- Find the document you want to download in the Documents module and click the three dots.
- Select Download from the dropdown menu, and your document will be downloaded automatically.
Download a Document from the Document Page
- Find the document you want to download in the Documents module and click the three dots.
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select Download from the dropdown menu.
- The download will start automatically.
Important note
This method will only download the original document, which can be seen in the Doc Preview. Keep reading if you want to download the completed document, including signatures.
Download a Signed Document
- Find the document you want to download in the Documents module and click on it to go to the Document Page.
- Click on the Employees Assigned tab and find the employee who's signed the document you want to download.
- Click the Download link at the end of the row.
Audit Trail of Signing Documents
When you download a signed document, an audit trail will be added on the last page. This audit trail contains a detailed document history, including the following:
- Date the document was assigned
- When the employee viewed the document
- The date the document was signed
