How to Check the Completion Status of Assigned Documents

We’ve all experienced it: a task notification pops up, and we push it aside. When workloads pile up, it's easy for tasks to get lost in the shuffle.

To help you stay on top of things, we’ve simplified the process of tracking document statuses and sending reminders to ensure tasks are completed on time.

In this article, you’ll learn how to monitor the completion status of both single-sign and multi-sign documents.

Check the Completion Status of Single-Sign Documents

  1. Use the search bar or tags to locate the document you need in the Documents module.

  2. Click on the document to open its details page.

  3. Navigate to the 'Employees Assigned' tab, where the 'Status' column shows which employees have completed the document.

You can send reminders to all outstanding employees, only specific employees and add or remove employees from the document as needed.

 

How to Find a Specific Employee

To check if a specific employee has signed or acknowledged the document, you can use the search bar to type in their name and check the status.
Additionally, you can sort the list by clicking on any column title (Employee, Date Assigned, Status), and Humi will sort the list alphabetically or chronologically.

 

Check the Completion Status of Multi-Sign Documents

  1. In the Documents, find the document you want to check.

  2. Click on the document to navigate to its details page.

  3. Click on the the Employees Assigned tab.

  4. Click anywhere on the row to see who's signed the document.

  5. The Employees Assigned pop-up will appear, displaying each employee's signing status. If they haven't signed yet, a Remind link will be available. Screenshot 2024-10-24 at 2.36.57 PM.png

After viewing the completion status of your document, you can send reminders to all outstanding employees to sign or acknowledge the document. 

Additionally, you can add or remove employees from a document if your needs have changed.
