  • Reorder subtasks by dragging the six dots on the left.

Applicable to

Decide if the task applies to All Employees or Specific Employees.

If you choose Specific Employees, you can filter by department, office, employee status, or job title.

To Be Completed By:

Choose who will complete the task: the employee, the employee's manager, or a specific person.

You can assign up to five employees to a task, creating "shared tasks." This works well when multiple people can access the system and complete the task.

Due Date

Set a due date for the task, if needed.

For General tasks, due dates are optional. If you add one, Humi will send automatic reminders:

  • Two days before the due date
  • On the due date
  • Two days after the due date

Onboarding Offboarding General

Use this type for tasks that need to be completed before a new employee’s first day. The start date will determine the due dates. Examples include:

  • Assigning a laptop and adding it to the Asset Tracker
  • Setting up IT access
  • Preparing a key card
  • Reading the employee handbook

Now that you know how to create the task template, the next step is assigning it to the employee(s).
