Gender and pronouns are important parts of your identity. If you want to include them in your employee profile, this article will show you how.
How to add your gender and pronouns
Summary
Profile > Basic Information section > Edit > Select gender and pronouns > Save
- Click on Profile in Employment Hero to go to your employee profile.
- Find the Basic Information section and click the Edit button in the top right corner.
- Use the dropdown menus for Gender and Pronouns to make your selections. You can pick more than one option if you need to. If you don't see an option that fits, you can create a custom one. Click the last option on the list (such as I identify as… or My pronouns are…) and type in your preferred terms.
You can add up to three custom genders and three custom pronouns.
4. When you are finished, click Save.
