Make Applying Easier with Indeed’s "Quick Apply"
Not getting as many applicants as you'd like? Try enabling Indeed’s Quick Apply feature. It lets job seekers apply with just one click using their uploaded resume—no extra steps.
Pros & Cons
Pro: You’ll likely get more applicants since it's faster and easier for candidates to apply.
Con: Quick Apply skips any required documents (like cover letters or portfolios) and additional or auto-archiving questions, so you might get more unqualified applications.
How to Turn It On or Off
You can enable Quick Apply when you first set up your Indeed integration—or manage it anytime from Humi:
To manage Indeed Quick Apply:
-
Go to Settings > Integrations
-
On the Indeed card, click the three dots → select Manage
-
In the pop-up, check the box labelled “Allow applicants to use Indeed Apply for all active jobs.”
Important Notes
-
When Quick Apply is on, candidates can skip additional documents or questions. You’ll see a warning on the Documents and Links and Questions pages when creating a new job.
-
This setting applies to all job postings.
-
To turn it off later, just uncheck the box in the same place.
