Edit or delete an "Interview"

We're all human, so if you've created an interview only to discover that you need to edit, add or delete a question, we've made it easy to make these changes. Likewise, if your recruiting plans change and you no longer need an interview, you can easily delete it.  

This article will explain how to edit an "Interview" or delete an "Interview." 

How to edit an "Interview"

1. In "Recruiting," click on the job posting and select the "Interviews" tab.

2. Find the interview you need to adjust and click "Details" located next to the interview's name.

3. You'll be directed to the interview's details page. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Edit" from the dropdown menu.

4. On the "Interview Details" page, you can edit the interview name and description. Once completed, click the "Next" button to continue to the "Questions" section. 

5. To edit or delete a question, click the three dots on the question and select "Edit" or "Delete."

To reorder the questions, click and hold the six dots on the left side of the question and draft the question to the position you prefer. 

To add a new question, scroll down to the last question and click on the "Add a question" link. 

6. Once you've made all the necessary changes, click the "Complete" button to save the changes. 

How to delete an "Interview"

1. In "Recruiting," click on the job posting and select the "Interviews" tab.

2. Find the interview you need to adjust and click "Details" located next to the interview's name.

2. You'll be directed to the interview's details page. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select "Delete" from the dropdown menu. 

3. In the pop-up, you must confirm that you want to delete the interview by clicking the "Delete" button. Once approved, your interview will be deleted.
