So you've spent time crafting the perfect survey and assigned the employees you needed, but it's still incomplete? Work gets busy, and we understand that these things can sometimes go under the radar.
We understand how frustrating this can be, so we've made it simple to remind participants to complete their assigned survey so you can improve response rates and data quality.
How to send a survey reminder
1. In "Surveys," click on the survey you want to send the reminder for. Note that you can only send reminders for surveys that have not yet been completed. 
2. On the survey details page, click the three dots on the top right corner and select "Remind Participants" from the dropdown menu.
Once the reminder is sent, all outstanding participants will automatically receive an email and home-page notification in the Humi app.
Hopefully, this reminder will bring the survey back to your employees' attention, resulting in a higher response rate. In addition, if you've sent the reminder and haven't received all participant responses but believe you've received enough to check the survey results, you can "force complete" the survey to see the results. Note: If you choose to force completion, participants who have not completed the survey will no longer have access to it.
