How Can I Download My Paystub?
Currently, paystubs can’t be downloaded directly from the app, but you can view a preview of your most recent ones. To download a paystub or access more detailed information, please log in to humi.ca, where you’ll find your full paystub history.
Can I Request Time Off from the App?

Yes! You can request time off in-app by following these instructions: 

  1. Tap the three lines (aka the hamburger) in the top left to open the navigation menu.

  2. Tap Time Off, then hit the Request Time Off at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select the dates you would like to request off. If you only want to request one day, click the date twice to set the start and end date as the same date. 

  4. Select the type of Time Off (eg. Vacation, Sick Day, Personal Day, etc.)

  5. Use the Adjust Daily Amounts field to adjust the time needed if you request a half day. 

  6. You can add a description so your manager knows what the time off is for if you want.

  7. Tap next, review the summary then hit the Request button.

What Do the Headings in the Time Off Summary Tab Mean?

The Summary tab shows you all of the types of Time Off you have available, along with the balance remaining on each one. To view the details about specific balance, tap on the desired type of Time Off and a new page will open with more information. You can view the following fields in the app:

Field Name Description
Future Time Scheduled How much upcoming time off you have scheduled
Time Taken in the current year How much time off you’ve already taken this year
Accruals Occur How often you accrue this type of time off (ie. Weekly, Monthly, etc.)
Accrue How much upcoming time off you have scheduled
Capped at Indicates how much of this balance can be carried forward to the next accrual year
Time Expiring If your time off policy allows for any carryover from the previous accrual, this shows how long you have to use that remaining amount before it expires
Negative Balance This shows how much of this type of time off you can borrow from the following accrual year
Seniority Increase If the time off you’re viewing has an applicable seniority increase, you can see those details here
How Do I Log Off the App?
To log out, tap the three lines in the top left corner to open the navigation menu. Then, select Account Settings and click Logout. You’ll be logged off right away.
Can I Update My Address in the App?
Yes, you can update your personal information in the app.

  1. In the Humi app, click the three lines in the upper left corner and select Profile. 
  2. In the Personal tab, scroll down to the Address section and click Edit.
  3. Update your address and click the Save button. 

That's it, your address has been updated!
