If your employee hasn't completed their review yet, you can remind them to complete it.
- In the Performance module, select their review.
- Click the three dots and choose Remind Participants.
They'll get an email notification and a reminder on their Humi dashboard to complete their review.
Before you can create a review, you'll need to set up a review template.

You can control the visibility of your feedback by selecting an option from the Visibility dropdown:
- Private: Only the recipient can view the feedback.
- Manager: The employee's manager can view the feedback.
- Administrator: Only admins can view the feedback.

It's easy to update a question on your review template but keep in mind that the change will only apply to future reviews. Existing reviews will stay the same.
So, if you've already sent out the review and want to tweak a question, update the template and resend the review.
Follow these steps to edit a question on an existing review:
- In Performance, click the Templates tab.
- Select the review you want to edit.
- In the Template Questions section, click Edit.
- Make the necessary changes to the questions and click Save Template.

Once a performance review has been submitted, you cannot edit or update any responses. If changes are necessary, you must create a new review and delete the current one.
Alternatively, you can add a note in the Notes section after completing the review.
To do this, navigate to the review in the Performance module, scroll down to the Notes section, and click Add Note.
