Export survey results

After you've created your survey and received all of the responses, the next step is to decipher the results so you can make strategic decisions.

You can quickly view the results by clicking the "View Results" button on the "Survey Results Summary" page. This page presents the survey data in a visually appealing and easy-to-read format, with charts and graphs for all questions except freeform questions.

However, since you're here, you probably want to know how to export survey results. You can easily do this from two places: 

  • The "Survey Details" page
  • The "Survey Results Summary" page on the "Raw Data" tab

Export results from the "Survey Details" page 

Summary

Surveys > Click on the survey you need > Click the three dots > Select "Export" from the dropdown menu.

  1. From the "Overview" tab in "Surveys," scroll or use the search box to find the survey you want to export the results for, and click on it to be directed to the "Survey Details" page.
  2. Click the three dots on the top right corner and select "Export" from the dropdown, and the survey results will automatically be downloaded as a .xlxs file. Screen_Shot_2022-07-20_at_1.24.26_PM.png

Export results from the "Raw Data" tab

Summary

Surveys > Click on the survey you need > "View Results" > "Raw Data" tab > Export > select the file format you prefer

  1. From the "Overview" tab in "Surveys," scroll or use the search box to find the survey you want to export the results for, and click on it.
  2. Click on the "View Results" button.

  4. Click the "Export" button on the top right corner and select the file format you prefer. The survey results will automatically be downloaded in the format you selected.
