Communicating with your applicants is a great way to foster relationships with them and increase their excitement about joining your company.
Setting up automated emails can help you save time but more importantly, it ensures that you never forget to send critical emails to your applicants.
Each funnel stage in your job funnel will need to have its own "email automation" set up so that when applicants are moved into a new funnel (with email automation set up), they will automatically receive the email that relates to the new funnel stage.
Important note: You'll notice that you can't make adjustments to the default funnel stage, "Applied." On your "Recruiting settings" page (Recruiting > Settings tab), the "Automatic Email" you set up here will be automatically sent to applicants when they apply for your job post.
