If you don’t have a smartphone or cannot receive text messages, you can still secure your account. You can set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the 1Password app directly on your computer.

This guide will show you how to link your Employment Hero (formerly Humi) account to 1Password. You only need to complete this setup one time. Once it is finished, you can choose to receive your login codes via email instead.

Get Your Employment Hero (formerly Humi) Secret Key

  1. Log in to Employment Hero (formerly Humi) until you see the QR Code screen.
  2. Click the link that says "Trouble scanning?"
  3. Copy the code (a mix of letters and numbers) that appears. This is your "Secret Key," and it's what you'll use on the 1Password App.
