Viewing or downloading your pay stubs is easy. Just log in to your Humi account, click Paystubs on the left menu, and select the pay stub you want to view or download.
Alternatively, open the email notification about Pay Day and click the "Get Your Paystub" button. This will take you directly to the Paystubs page in your Humi account. From there, you can view or download your pay stubs.
We recommend you check your email (including spam/trash folders) to ensure you have received it. If you can't find it, you can access your T4 via your CRA account or by contacting your employer directly.
For example, if you worked 8 hours and 15 minutes, you’d enter it as 8.25 hours, not 8.15.
If you changed your banking information but the original account is still open, your pay will go into the original account. Your pay will be deposited into the updated bank account starting with the next payroll.
If the original account is closed, please let your payroll admins know so they can update your banking information in your employee profile. The bank will reject the payment, and once Humi receives this rejection notice, we'll reissue the credit and inform your payroll admin when you can expect the deposit.
Just a heads up, Humi usually receives a rejection notice 1-2 business days after the pay date. Learn how to update your banking information here.
Unfortunately, we can only deposit your payroll into one account that's specified on your employee profile. Learn how to update your banking information here.
There are several reasons your taxes might be higher such as changes in income, tax bracket adjustments, or updates in tax laws. It's a good idea to check your financial situation or chat with a tax advisor to get a clearer picture.
Humi doesn't control when funds will hit your account. Payments are processed in batches through the Canadian banking network, but you'll typically receive your payment around 6:00 a.m. EST on the morning of payday.
Your net pay might be lower due to factors like additional deductions or higher taxes. If you have questions about your pay, please reach out to your payroll administrator, as Humi doesn't manage your pay directly.
