The Org chart gives you a view of the organizational structure that you have set in place.
Please note that this view is based upon who reports to who, which you can find in the Job and Pay section of each employee.
There is another view of the organizational chart that only shows names as well and has a drop-down view if you want to view it like that as well. 
The Org Chart in Humi is powerful but finicky. To accommodate companies from 10-1,000 employees a sensitive zoom is in place on the Organizational Chart. If you find the Org chart is zooming in and out it is best to refresh the page and then very slowly zoom in and out to get your desired outcome.
