How Can I Check If My Employees Reviewed a Document?

If you have a document that you want to ensure your employees have read but that doesn’t require a signature, you can assign an acknowledgment document.

Employees can confirm they’ve read and understood the information with this type of document.

This promotes accountability, keeps everyone informed, and supports compliance—all without the need for formal signatures.

How Do I Add Signatures to a Document?
This article explains how to create a signing document. If you need to edit a document to add a cosigner, you will need to re-upload the document and select the correct number of cosigners when you upload it.
Can I Add a Warning Letter to An Employee's Profile Without Them Seeing It?

Yes, you can do this when adding the document directly to an employee's profile.

In the "Who can see this file from the employee's profile" dropdown, select the specific roles (manager or admins) who will be able to see it. Screenshot 2024-10-16 at 2.37.45 PM.png

How Can I Add a View-Only Document in the Template Library?

Unfortunately, view-only documents can only be added to the Company Documents drive, which is immediately accessible to all employees.

Alternatively, you can add an Acknowledgment document to the Template Library. Although these documents don’t require a signature, they must still be assigned to employees for visibility.

The Template Editor Won't Let Me Save and Continue. What Is Wrong?

If the "Save" button isn't available, it's because all required fields haven't yet been added to the document.

One example would be if you uploaded a document that requires 2 cosigners but only added one signature box. You should review your document to ensure all required fields are added.
