Click on the notification from your Humi dashboard to be directed to the review. You can also find all your reviews in the Performance module.
Click on your review, answer all the questions, and then click the Submit button. Once your review is submitted, you can't make any changes.
To submit your review, you must complete all of the questions. If a question requires a text response and you don't have an answer, you must still enter something to proceed.
In this scenario, enter "N/A" when a question doesn't apply to you.
Once all the questions are answered, the submit button will become green, and you can submit the review.
You can easily do this is just a few steps:
- In Performance, select the Goals tab.
- Choose the goal you want to edit.
- Click the three dots and select Edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.

Before you can create a review, your Humi admin needs to set up the review templates. If you don't see the right one, work with your admin to create the required review.
Once it's ready, you can assign the review to your direct report.
