Learn how to set up new integration, post to Indeed and sponsor a job posting
When setting up a new integration, you will be required to sign into your Indeed account.
You will be redirected to Indeed, where you will need to login to your Indeed user account. If you do not have a user account, you can create a new one and continue with the integration.
Once you sign in, you will need to give Humi access to your Indeed account (see below) in order for the integration to work.
Note: if you have never authorized your email address with Indeed, then the integration will fail. You will get the following error message (see below). Go to your inbox and find the authorization email, or log into Indeed to resend the authorization email to yourself.
At this point, Humi has integrated with your User account... but we still need to connect to your Indeed Company account. (it’s a bit confusing, I know)
If you already have a company associated with your Indeed account, you will land on the following page. On this page you will have to confirm your company’s name and complete the integration:
If you don’t have a company account associated with your user account, you will land on the following page. From here, you can create a new company account, right on Indeed.
On both pages, you will be asked if you’d like to sync all of your jobs to Indeed. This will post all of your Active jobs to Indeed once the integration is complete.
Recruiters can posts jobs to Indeed when:
When creating a job posting, if the Integration with Indeed is active, the job posting will automatically be toggled on.
Clicking “Save” will push the job from Humi to Indeed
When editing a job posting, you can toggle the job posting either on/off of Indeed by navigating to the Job Posting and clicking on the “Information” tab.
Sponsoring a job increases it’s visibility on Indeed and helps you get more applicants for the role! Humi allows you to sponsor a job straight from Humi.
Go to the Job Postings information page and scroll down to the integration card.
Click on Sponsor Job and you will get a pop-up where you can input the amount you’d like to spend on Indeed to sponsor the job.
Note: Make sure you have a credit card on file with Indeed in order to sponsor jobs. If you do not, you will get the following error message.
