The Reporting Module provides historical payroll records in the form of aggregated reports that can be download as PDF or Excel spreadsheets.
The Payroll Register report provides a complete and itemized report of employees’ earnings, deductions, contributions, and reimbursement, as well as a summary on the company level. Report time frame can be specified as annual, quarter, month, or per pay period.
By default the Payroll Register report will only include payrolls that are paid or are pending. It is also recommended that the Payroll Register report should be reviewed prior to each payroll run, in order to reduce the chance of errors and to confirm that all intended changes have been reflected in the live payroll.
Off-cycle payrolls do not have their individual registers but are included in the regular payroll’s register that contain the off-cycle pay date.
The YTD Report contains a payroll snapshot leading up to the company's YTD amounts.
This is a running total of earnings and deductions, as well as adjustments, broken down by year, employee, line item type, and pay periods. Report time frame can be specified as annual, quarter, month, or per pay period. It also includes historical YTD payroll data imported into Humi during the company’s original setup.
This is a powerful report best suited for quickly isolating granular payroll details in relation to specific payroll periods.
The Remittance report breaks down statutory remittance records like CPP, EI, Income tax for each payroll period, and when they are due. Report time frame can be specified as annual, quarter, month, or per pay period.
This report is helpful in keeping track of all remittances that have or will be sent on your behalf, according to your remittance schedule. We recommend that this report is reviewed periodically based on your company’s remittance frequency, and confirm the remittances are sent on time.
In cases where payrolls are run past the remittance due date or if you have elected to submit remittance on your own, the remittance transactions are not processed through Humi and will not show up on the report.
The Journal Entry report provides payroll records in a format that is accounting-friendly. Report time frame can be specified as annual, quarter, month, or per pay period.
The Covid Wage Subsidies report contains records of all subsidy claims from the 10% Canada Temporary Wage Subsidy program. This report is available to companies who are eligible for the subsidy claim and has had subsidies processed through Humi. Report time frame can be specified as annual, quarter, month, or per pay period.
