Key differences between admin and employee functions
- Employees don't have a "Private Documents" storage drive. This is because private documents are created by admins and then assigned to employees. So instead, all "private documents" are stored in the "My Documents" storage drive.
- "My Documents" storage drive doesn't have sub-folders.
- Employees can't create folders.
- Employees can't drag files or move them to different folders.
Employee functions are relatively limited; however, they can upload documents by clicking the "+ Add Document" button. Also, please note that all documents uploaded by employees are "view-only" by default.
