Onboarding: How Do I Activate My Employment Hero (formerly Humi) Account?

Welcome to Employment Hero! We're absolutely thrilled to have you join us, and we're here to help you kickstart your journey with your new account. 

Activating your account and completing the onboarding process is easy, you can do it in just a few steps. Watch the video below for a quick tutorial, or if you prefer more detailed instructions, keep reading. Let's get started!

How to Activate Your Employment Hero Account

1. When you receive your invitation email, click the Join button.
2. You’ll then be automatically directed to the onboarding page with your company name on it.
3. Click the box to agree and then click Next.
4. You’ll be prompted to create your password on the next screen. This is the password you will use to sign in to your Employment Hero (formerly Humi) account.
5. After creating your password, you must fill out all required fields in your basic personal and legal information.
6. The next page is for Documents. If there are any documents that you're required to complete, you must complete them before you can move forward to the next part.
   There are no documents to complete in the examples below, but you'll likely have some to review. 
7. Once you’ve completed any documents assigned, click Next.
8. You’ll arrive at the Employment Information page, where you must fill in all your information and click Next.
9. If your company has set up a survey for you to complete, you'll see that page next.
10. If there's no survey to complete, you’re done!
11. Click the Get Started button to enter the platform. Welcome to Employment Hero!
