Manage the completion status of your document(s)

We've all been here before: we get a task notification and immediately ignore it. When things get busy, it's easy to add tasks to our "to-do" lists and then completely forget about them.

That's why we've made it easy to track the status of assigned documents and easily send reminders to your employees to ensure they're completed.

This article will show you how to check assigned documents' completion status for single-sign and multi-sign documents.

View the completion status of single-sign documents

  1. In "Documents," use the search bar or tags to find the document you need.
  2. Click on the document, and Humi will direct you to the document page.
  3. From here, click on the "Employees Assigned" tab.
  4. In the "Status" column, you'll see which employees have completed the assigned document and can send reminders to all outstanding employees, only specific employees and add or remove employees from the document as needed.

Find a specific employee

If you want to check if a specific employee has signed or acknowledged the document, use the search bar to type in their name. 
Additionally, you can sort the list by clicking on any column title (Employee, Date Assigned, Status), and Humi will sort the list alphabetically or chronologically.

View the completion status of multi-sign documents

  1. In "Documents," use the search bar or tags to find the document you want to check the completion status of. 
  2. Click on the document and Humi will direct you to the document page.
  3. From here, click on the "Employees Assigned" tab.
  4. If you have a multi-sign document, you can see which cosigners have signed the document by clicking anywhere on the row.Screen_Shot_2022-03-23_at_4.44.45_PM.png
  5. The "Employees Assigned" pop-up will appear, displaying the signing status for each employee and a "Remind" button if they've not yet signed it.Screen_Shot_2022-03-23_at_4.48.53_PM.png

After viewing the completion status of your document, you can send reminders to all outstanding employees to sign or acknowledge the document. 

Additionally, you can add or remove employees from a document if your needs have changed.
