How to send an offer letter in Humi

You've found the perfect candidate for the job, and it's time to make it official by sending them an offer letter.

After setting up your offer letter template, you can send the offer letter from Humi in a few different ways. This article will explain how to send an offer letter from:

• The "Offers" tab
• The "Applicant Profile" 
• The "Document page"
• The "People" module

Send an offer letter from the "Offers" tab

1. In "People," click on the "Offers" tab, then click the "Send Offer Letter" button on the top right corner.
2. In Step 1, you will be prompted to fill out the candidate's details
3. Step 2 will prompt you to select an offer letter template. Click the "Preview Template" button if you'd like to view the template you are choosing.
4. In Step 3, complete the information for the fields you added to the offer letter template. The information you input here will be filled in on the offer letter when you send it to the candidate.
5. Finally, review the details of the offer letter, and click "Send Offer."

Send an offer letter from the "Applicant Profile"

1. In "Recruiting," find the applicant you want to send the offer letter. You can find the applicant from the "Applicants" tab or the job posting under the "Applicants" tab or in the "job funnel."
2.  Once you've found the applicant you need, click on their name, and Humi will direct you to their applicant profile. 
3. Click the "Hire" button and select "Send Offer" from the dropdown.
4. Fill in the Candidate information and the remaining steps to send the offer letter to your candidate. 

Send an offer letter from the "Document page"

1. In "Documents," scroll, use the search bar or tags to find the offer letter template you want to send to your candidate and click on it. 
2. Humi will direct you to the document page; click the "Send to Candidate" button on the top right corner.
3. Fill in the candidate information and the remaining steps to send the offer letter to your candidate. 

Send an offer letter from the "People" module

1. In "People," click the "+ Employee" button on the top right corner.
2. Click the "Send Offer" button.
3. Fill in the Candidate information and the remaining steps to send the offer letter to your candidate.
