What to do if an employee is still in an "Onboarding" status
If your employee hasn't created their account yet and is still in an "Onboarding" status, they can check out this article - Onboarding: How do I activate my Humi account
You can check the employee's status in the "People" directory. Filter the directory by status or search for the employee's name using the search box and check the status column to see if they're in an "onboarding" or "active" status.
How to resend the Humi invite
If the employee doesn't have a username and password, this means that they haven't accepted the activation link.
To help them out, you can quickly resend their invitation by:
- In "People," use the search box to find the employee you need, then click on their name to be directed to their employee profile.
- Click the "More" tab and select "Account" from the dropdown.
- In the "Account Settings" section, you can copy the activation link and send it to the employee directly.
Alternatively, you can click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Resend Invite." If you click "Resend Invite," the employee will get an email with the activation code.
Your employee needs help logging into Humi

How to add or update their email in Humi
If the employee's email address in Humi is incorrect or no longer in use, you can update it for them. Click here to learn how to add or update an employee's email address.

How to Reset their Password
If an employee needs to reset their password, you can advise them to go there: https://hr.humi.ca/reset
Note
The password must be at least 10 characters long, or they won't be able to save their new password.
What to do if an employee is locked out of their account
Employees will be locked out of their account if the unsuccessfully tried to log into Humi more than 10 times with an incorrect email or password. If this is the case, you (the admin) will have to unlock their account.
How to unlock an employee's account
- In "People," find the employee using the search box and click on their name to go to their employee profile.
- Click the "More" tab and select "Account" from the dropdown.
- In the "Account Settings" section, click "Unlock account."
