You can change your Ameego password yourself if you know your existing password.
If you can login to your Ameego profile on a web browser, click your login name at the top right of the screen and choose 'My Profile' from the menu.
Click the 'Reset Password' button and follow the prompts. Please be aware that you will need to enter your existing password first.
If you are using the Ameego Anyware app, click on the profile section on the app.
If you have forgotten your password, click HERE and use the 'Forgot Your Password?' link to reset your Ameego password. Be advised that you must know your Client ID which identifies your location and have a valid email address in your Ameego profile to use this feature.
Manager resets password
A manager can also reset your password in Ameego Manager. Once they have done this, your reset password will be ameego (lowercase) and you will be prompted to change it upon logging in.
Finally, if none of the above is available to you, you can click HERE and use the 'Submit a Support Ticket' link to have our Ameego support team reset your password for you.
