Calculating projected and actual labour based on other sales metrics (meal sales)

Good news! You can now calculate your projected and actual labour percentage based on other sales metrics (like meal sales) for a department group in Ameego Connect! To make this change, simply follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to People, then Employee Manager. 
2. Click the ‘Manage’ button at the top of your list of departments
3. Click the ‘Edit’ button within the department group of choice
4. Set the sales metric to ‘Meal Sales’ or any other sales metric
5. Save Changes

That’s it, you're done!

 Reporting

Your ‘Manage Schedule’ page will display your projected labour and $/man hour based on Meal Sales.

The Labour Cost Analysis will show projected and actual labour based on Meal Sales.

All other areas of Ameego reporting will use your primary sales metric (Gross or Net) to calculate labour in all departments.
