We have added some new enhancements to your employees' profiles in Ameego Manager. You can now set a minimum & maximum number of hours in an employees profile via Ameego Manager. This will add another important layer to the One Touch scheduling tool. It is important to point out that this enhancement can only be set in Ameego Manager. Regular employees will still have the option to submit their maximum number of days in an availability request, but will not have the option to use the minimum/maximum hours setting.
By utilizing this new feature, you can ensure that One Touch will produce a better schedule for you.
Follow the steps below to set the min/max fields in Ameego Manager.
- Navigate to People, then Employee Manager.
- Click on an employee's profile to expand and then click the ‘Edit Profile’ button.
- Find the Max/Min Hours at the bottom of the settings page and set as required.
- Click the ‘Save Changes’ button.
